Pros

I love working here. I feel cared for and seen in my position and skills.

Cons

I really don't have a lot of complaints. When I started here i heard a lot about them needing to be further along in technology and systems, but lately they have really stepped up and I have seen huge improvements. This is a good company and they are making a lot of great changes which includes needing some good people to come work here too and make it even better.

Workloads uneven, with no effort to make adjustments to those with the heaviiest workloads thus interfering with sleep and life No mercy to employees with family problems, i.e dying mother, bi-polar family members, etc Militaristic, micromanagement style; the boss is always right They are quick to lay off or fire older employees
