      Working with latest JavaScript (nodejs and react) and aws libraries . Working full ci cd pipelines .projects age are less than year so a lot of impact on decisions taken

      0 career progression for non graduates. All developers are at the same level and if there was progression you would be competing with 20 other people at the same level as you
