      It's clear the people in the tech leadership for retail do not know a thing about software development. Brought in agile coaches when we were already doing it fine, now its worse Telling us how to do our jobs but no have no idea how to do it After all the transformations of agiles and our ways of working we're now visibily less productive and bogged down in process and red tape. The opposite of what agile is supposed to do
