Pros

My former coworkers were by far some of the best people i've ever had the privilege of working with. Coworkers become like a 2nd family due to the insane amount of time you spend together working all of those never-ending crazy hours.

Cons

Sometimes, managers don't know what they're doing due to the lack of training for the position. Benefits aren't the best Though feedback is encouraged, it's not worth the time to express concerns because your words can and will probably be used against you in the future. Management isn't always on the same page in terms of prioritizing tasks at hand, which can make anyone's job overwhelming Tax season hours are inhumane The corporate office is so out of touch with the way the stores are run. They expect more and more every time

Based on your feedback and others, we have removed the bachelor's degree requirement for Operations Advisors. We understand that doesn't mean much if we don't start re-evaluating the value OA's bring to the company (which is often understated) and we are beginning to make strides to change this. Thank you for the time you spent with us.

Pros

There honestly no pros to working here and I'm being an optimistic person at that. This company's employees are cut-throat and destroy you if they see your a threat to question their culture or if you have potential to be in the management team.

Cons

If you enjoy working a lot of hours, being micromanage for simple on the job performances, being lied to by management, working more hours then management only to have your work ethic in question, being told how to dress or how to even speak, having a freakin bachelor's degree and treated like selling cars is some skill comparable to quantum physics then this place is for you. I've managed for many years prior to college or Drivetime so I have an idea on how things should operate.. These managers have not a clue on motivating, training, respecting or any basic concept of finances. All these 5 star reviews are from HR doing damage control. Anyone thinking this company is a good place to work needs a psychiatrist and a professional case worker.

Pros

They do give Sundays off and some holidays which are nice the people that are stuck here along with me are good people

Cons

They don't have any room for growth if you are a operations advisor you will always be a operations advisor they want you to have a degree answer phone and put together paperwork. They treat all their employees like dog po if you aren't with them you are against them I have seen so many unqualified people get promoted and very qualified people get fired all because they were yes man. They don't know a lick of the business but sense they are yes men to the corporate people that come into the office once a year. They do not pay or give a two sense about their employees they will use you until the very moment they want to get rid of you. Management talks about their employees to all there is no such thing as privacy I have been there so far in my 3 years I have seen over 25 people fired and half for no reason except higher up wanted it. There is so much scandals here they want people fresh out of college but it's like working back in high school!
