Pros

Great training and development of staff. They offer a needed service in the marketplace, and are a quality operation, top to bottom.

Cons

If you are located in California, there are very few Drivetime dealerships in this state. There is much more opportunity in the heartland or the Southern States.

Pros

Growing rapidly, a lot of room for growth. If you know how to play the corporate game and love to brown nose this is the place for you.

Cons

Management is a joke, I like the CEO but a lot of the upper management really only have their positions because the qualified people leave. Dissenting opinions will be judged harshly. Appearances matter more than skills and abilities.

Pros

Noting is good BAD BAD BAD What do you expect from a company that target poor and in need people with 25% APR and very high down payment which is the VISION of the CEO

Cons

* Unprofessional people working in the benefits and HR . They don't have a phone number and they have no HR training at all bunch of kids working under a lawyer. * Bad management. Unprofessional and incompetent managers. decision making is is not based on science but based on trail and error. the managers that control the company are 2 young inexperienced buddies from school. * I dont know if CEO, CRO AND CFO are needed in the company or it is just titles to sell the company. *if you are an intern it is a good place for you to work * dont waist your time working there * no insurance for 2 month and be careful not to get fired * very easy to get rid of you * nothing gained professionally *dont respect your culture and background bad HR
