Pros

Training was designed for the way I learn best. My trainer specifically included tasks/activities that would help me learn quickly (i.e. role playing or allowing me to physically do things to learn better! The company overall is fantastic to work for, they are constantly rewarding us for company successes (i.e. being able to wear jeans on the weekends, company paid-for Holiday party, and occasional company paid-for dinners)! My co-workers & managers are all energetic, excited to come to work, and fun to be around; which creates a great work environment! Overall I truly enjoy working for DriveTime and would refer my friends & family to purchase vehicles here or to work here!

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to balance work and personal life. We are given our schedule a month at a time which is helpful; however shift end times are approximates (i.e. - if a customer walks in 10 minutes before you are off and you are the only one to assist them, you are expected stay after your shift end time). When you do not have a definite end time to your work day, it makes balancing your personal life difficult. In order to move up it seems like more hours have to worked or "put-in;" however sometimes the company needs to better understand that every employee has a personal life.
