      We're sorry to hear you feel this way. DriveTime offers employees strong career paths, collaborative management teams, and prioritize work life balance. Even though servicing our customers may require additional time, our retail locations are always closed on Sunday's, we're closed on all major holidays, and offer great PTO to ensure our employees can enjoy time away from work.       Overworked, company is trying to nickel and dime employees year after year,

      Pros

      Hours, great co-workers, hourly pay for techs.

      Cons

      Scummy management, lame raises (if any), feels more and more like the company doesn't give a crap about the employees or vehicles, only their bonus and making more money for the investors.
