Long work hours and no real work life balance if you have a family, but its retail and that's everywhere.

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. If your boss likes you....you are fine...if not you're going to struggle.

Pros

This company makes sure you fully understand your job and ensures you do it correctly. They cross train you whenever possible and may even send you to another dealership for extra training. The possibilities are endless and this is the best job I've ever had! The only way you can go in this company is up! Benefits are great, pay is great, lots of free lunches, etc. Bonuses if you hit your budget of sales. Feels like a family!

Cons

The hours are sometimes long, as is normal in the car business, or any business where you are dealing with customers. I am hourly, but the salaried positions have even more grueling hours because of customers coming as you are preparing to close at night. Just the nature of the business, nothing the company can do to fix that. If I had to complain about anything else, sometimes corporate calls and nitpicks about little things when they aren't done right away, but then when you want something done right away from them, you have to wait.
