Pros
The work environment is relaxed. The benefits are great and different kinds, not just health. We are closed on major holidays. Drivetime has its own apparel shopping site for employees.
Cons
50+ hours a week during tax season and the money doesn't always add up to energy invested every year. Most of the time, you will end up staying after your work schedule. THIS IS NOT A GOOD JOB FOR MOMS, especially single ones. Your pay stub says an hourly rate on it but be aware it also says paid for 80 hours only. There is no overtime rate. Unless you plan on being a manager, the only other positions to grow into are in Phoenix, AZ. There are buyer positions, but they require previous purchasing experience.
