Pros

Great team environment, commission structure, and work life balance. Very simple and easy process, with focus on employee feedback, which lets you know they're working to improve. A lot of potential to make great money.

Cons

Usually working the weekends and well into the night during tax season. Depending on what store you are at, it can dictate how much you make.

Pros

Great training, development and company culture. You will learn a lot about yourself and how to lead a team. Drivetime focuses of personal development. They invest in their people.

Cons

Long hours and hard to plan things on the days you work. Work life balance is challenging especially during tax season.

Pros

The atmosphere is great at DriveTime. It's honestly the most laid back atmosphere I have ever encountered.

Cons

The pay doesn't match how much work you'll be doing. When you ask about the cap, you will get a scripted answer and that's not right. There is no career paths for OA's at DriveTime.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere at DriveTime! Our Operations Advisors are an entry-level position and have the ability to transition their job through the Sales Advisors career path or take any of multiple positions open to them at our Dallas or Mesa Operations Centers. We're sorry to see that the career opportunities weren't clear but do appreciate the feedback. Thanks again for leaving a review for us.
