      Pros

      Fantastic place to work. Managers seek out those are doing well and let them know about other positions available. This company has a wonderful company culture in that they promote from within. Positions typically open because an employee has moved up into a promoted role. DriveTime also offers a very competitive benefits package and are very big on the work/family life balance!

      Cons

      Some of the positions require varying shifts which can be a deal breaker for some with daycare issues. However, there are other positions that have more steady work hours. You can see all positions available at DriveTime.com. Click on "careers"

      Incredible environment, big focus on teams and culture Very Diverse - employees from all over the world Rewarded for performance in compensation and progression Management do a great job to help you with your career aspirations. I started in collections but I wanted to get into recruiting. The management team helped in my personal development so that I could achieve that goal Big emphasis on morale, changing bonus structure to make sure we are competitive, team building exercises, monthly prizes

      Pros

      There are numerous opportunities for growth and the company is very big on learning & coaching/feedback. Management is supportive and look out for your best interest. There's no separation between the agents and management/senior management, the approachability is very high. The work environment and culture is unlike any other company that I've worked for.

      Cons

      Overall I would say there are no cons I can easily point out without nitpicking.
