Pros

I love my co-workers! They make work very enjoyable. We get free lunches sometimes so that's awesome. Benefits are good.

Cons

It's really hard to have a good work life balance. Also the pay could be a little better based upon the amount of work that it required of you.

Pros

Great environment. Great compensation and benefits. Great coworkers. Drive time offers advancement opportunities because they primarily promote from within. As a growing company, promotion is especially quick if you are able to relocate and expand your horizons to new regions in the US that we are expanding to.

Cons

This isn't really a con just a reality as with most companies. If you work in an established market that is no longer expanding, advancement opportunities do not come as quickly as higher positions are not vacated easily because this is a great company to work for. The only con I can come up with is that during tax season (Feb-Apr) hours are long (sometimes 12hrs+/daily) to account for higher business volume, but you are also very well compensated through higher sales output.

Pros

1) The company has multiple opportunities for growth and movement. You will never feel stagnant as an employee with DriveTime. (I've been a Loan Advisor, Sourcing specialist, Internet Sales Advisor and a Recruiter) 2)There are plenty of coaching opportunities to improve performance and help you reach goals. 3) Great work environment, plenty of contests and great people. 4) If you have personal issues happening at home, they fully understand and are more than willing to help in anyway possible 5) Management always asks if there is anything you need and will provide all tools necessary to help you throughout the day 6) Management does not come across as better than their employees, rather they are guides and understand that their employees are what make the company move too. 7) AMAZING benefits (Yes I do also have a vehicle through my company) 8) Great work life balance, I don't wake up saying "Uh, I don't want to go to work". 9) Last but not least, great compensation and bonus

Cons

We share our building with our sister company until their building is completed which makes finding parking after lunch a nightmare, however the company has made another parking lot available to us while we wait so that we will not have to worry about not being able to park.

Your "top 9" list is great and are all certainly aspects of the company we are proud of. Luckily, your one con will be resolved in August or September, so more parking (and elbow room) for everyone!
