      I was seemed out by the recruiting manager. They don't like people taking vacations or if you have anything planned they won't hire you. You work all day and you can't even leave work when you are supposed to. Basically, I was told that you don't have a life. The majority of your time is spent on the phone and if you don't sell a certain amount of cars each month then you will get canned. All and I mean all of the offices are in the ghetto. DO NOT APPLY HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Our benefits for all new hires begin with at least 11 days of paid vacation time per year, paid holidays and each dealership accommodates our employee's PTO requests as best as they can. All of our salesmen and women are non-commissioned, salaried employees with no sales quotas.       Pros

      Nothing really. The recruiter will talk up the job and make it sound amazing, but when you get out on the floor you realize you were quickly lied to. If you want to feel like you are back in high school I highly recommend this job for you.

      Cons

      Slander. Gossiping. Management watches your every move. God forbid if you have to use the restroom when you are not on your break (be prepared to have to explain every minute you were off the phone). This company is very micromanaging and will do anything to demote someone. Health Insurance is priced in "tiers" so basically this means that you have to meet the companies health standards in order to get less expensive health insurance.
