We really appreciate the dedication it takes to help customers make the right decision for their unique financial situations. We know that hours spent with customers can spill over past closing time and we are very grateful for your commitment. If you have any additional feedback, don't hesitate to speak with your manager or call the Speak Up line.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. The pay is good after you sell over 20 cars.

Cons

Work life balance is very poor. Scheduling is bad. If you close and have to stay late with a customer, you're expected to open the next day no matter how long you stayed there the night before. Not only do you have to sell the cars, you have to wash the cars, deliver the vehicle from other locations (in or out of state), and get deducted when the customer brings the car back when it quits on them. We're asked to provide excellent service but the product is very poor.

Our retail team is working diligently on providing more flexible schedules to our retail employees including 4x10 schedules and work from home options. We are testing these schedules in several regions and hope to be able to roll it out across the country soon. We appreciate your candid review.
