Pros

Very friendly and dynamic teams. Open and updated environment, fun activities. Constant change you can learn several roles in a smaller time frame than more companies. Happy place to work.

Cons

Consistency is important to employees, very often seem to be reactive rather than proactive. We do thrive on change, but people needs consistency and clear and open communication. No surprises.

Pros

Pay was okay.... Co-workers are awesome. Some of the managers were great. Nice building.

Cons

Goals were getting extremely hard to hit. When I first starting working there, maybe a handful of people were taking out bound calls so you talked to a lot of people, towards the end there were over 100 of employees, you would call the customer up to 3-4 times a day, so when they answered of course they were mad. the clients were bottom of the barrel, uneducated and entitled. Everyone wants a BMW with no money down at 100 a month with their 300 credit score. Its was a battle everyday with the customers trying to explain logic to them. They now have the computer system tell the customers "exceeds 3,000$" for a down payment. Try hitting your goals and bonus' with that garbage. kinda sabotaged the employees with that addition.
