Pros

Love the people ,love the hours ,great place to work! I've been a technician for over 30 years ,15 at flat rate and NEVER worked at a place like this. Even management goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.

Cons

Employee parking is really the only con I can think of, even that isn't terrible if you get to work a little early.
