However we are firm believers that balance is a critical ingredient to happiness and the long term success of both DriveTime and you! That's why we're always considering new and inventive ways to restore and encourage that balance, like staying closed on Sundays and offering work from home options when possible.

Well this certainly isn't a review we like to see, but always welcome all feedback! We hope you had addressed your personal concerns with your leader prior to leaving. Work/life balance and commissions are always being reviewed to ensure we are doing the right thing for our employees. This is one of the reasons we recently increased the starting base salary for all of our retail sales associates nationwide, to help provide financial stability during an otherwise turbulent past year.
