We appreciate your thoughts! Work families can be great sources of friendship and fun - but our lives outside of work should always come first. This balance can be tricky in the retail space; we want to be available when our customers need us most while simultaneously ensuring our employees get the time away they both need and deserve. We hear you and are always looking for creative solutions to restore that balance for our teammates. Some things we've introduced are flexed business hours dependent on customer traffic and assigning work from home tasks when possible. We also choose not to operate on Sundays, so everyone can enjoy some good 'ol fashioned family time.
