      Hard work pays off

      Pros

      Great culture of development, feedback, growth. Highly inclusive organization with great leadership. The individual departments are always looking to improve processes and employee engagement.

      Cons

      If you are unable to make changes on the fly you will struggle to be successful. This was not a con for me but if someone is looking for a company that does not change and improve, they should look elsewhere.

      Could use improvement

      Pros

      You get to work with some very talented and friendly people. They don't expect a lot of overtime. There are good perks if you work in management but not a lot until then.

      Cons

      The salaries aren't competitive. The benefits aren't competitive. You don't get many holidays. There is no differentiation between PTO and sick days so you don't get very much paid time off. Career advancement is very limited in some departments. Very little diversity, especially at higher levels.

      Home Office is Great

      Pros

      The people there are friendly and its the perfect size for a smaller tech company, not too big that everyone is a stranger but still not too small that it feels claustrophobic. Also great work life balance.

      Cons

      Snacks at the home office should all be free. Not sure why employees should buy snacks at the home office and also they're overpriced.

      Thank you for leaving a 5 star review! Our Application Developers play a huge role in the success of creating our proprietary software! You described the IT department within the Home Office well, where it feels like a small tech company, but has the support of large company! We have snacks for purchase which offers more of a variety for employees to choose from. In the Receptionist area, we have several self-serve snacks for easy on the go which are free for everyone!
