Pros

The people you work with are great and processes aren't documented so you can create and re-vamp exisiting processes

Cons

HR cares more about happy hours rather than boosting employee retention with pay that is at market. Handled COVID situation poorly at operational and corporate buldings. Senior Management claims to promote within, promises promotions, and never follows through.

It is unfortunate to hear that after your time of 6 years with us that your experience has been "so-so" and hope there is an opportunity to make it much better! The entire Employee Experience group cares whole heartedly about our employee's safety and retention. Part of retaining employees, is having a positive and boosted morale, which comes with the occasional and optional happy hour.
