Pros

Work from home allowed you not to spend time in the depressing office every day. The work is so easy after a month you’ll be an expert. Since people quit so fast you’ll also be considered someone who has “seen it all” after a month or so.

Cons

- Pay - Extremely low ability to move up - Depressing If you want to work a job that is nothing but repetitive this is for you! You’ll harass hundreds of customers each day and use grimy tactics to “influence “ them to set an appointment with Drivetime. You’ll spend 40 hours a week on a phone talking to people who don’t want to speak with you, and if you take a break that isn’t scheduled you’ll be spoken to. Be prepared for countless amounts of micromanaging as well. You get to do this 5 days a week with very little vacation time. I wouldn’t recommend working at Drivetime to my worst enemy.

Thank you for your review and contribution as a Director over the past two years. Hopefully this concern was something you discussed with your leader before parting ways, as we wholeheartedly believe that one's development should be discussed openly and often. We appreciate the feedback and best of luck in your new opportunity!

Pros

4-day work week if staffing allowed Decent pay structure

Cons

Work/life balance was tough. When they had the 4-day work week, it was much easier to not get drained at work.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Happy to see you stayed with us for over 5 years and enjoyed your experience overall. Our retail teams work extra hard to serve our customers, and the 4-day work week is just one small way to help maintain a healthy work/life balance. Best of luck on your next venture!
