Pros
Work from home allowed you not to spend time in the depressing office every day. The work is so easy after a month you’ll be an expert. Since people quit so fast you’ll also be considered someone who has “seen it all” after a month or so.
Cons
- Pay - Extremely low ability to move up - Depressing If you want to work a job that is nothing but repetitive this is for you! You’ll harass hundreds of customers each day and use grimy tactics to “influence “ them to set an appointment with Drivetime. You’ll spend 40 hours a week on a phone talking to people who don’t want to speak with you, and if you take a break that isn’t scheduled you’ll be spoken to. Be prepared for countless amounts of micromanaging as well. You get to do this 5 days a week with very little vacation time. I wouldn’t recommend working at Drivetime to my worst enemy.
