Pros

The company culture is really good everyone is super friendly and always willing to help, the work itself is not difficult it’s pretty standard. You get a base salary with potential for bonuses when you meet or exceed your budget as a store.

Cons

You have long hours and the demographic of people that you are selling vehicles to can be frustrating, there’s a lots of naïve and ignorance with it and part of the education process is helping people make a decision. Sometimes the best decision for the customer is not the best interest of the company and vice versa. There becomes a moral conflict.

We understand that working retail hours can be taxing, and we hope you know just how valuable you are - helping our customers get into the right car at the right terms is an essential part of our business and we thank you for your hard work and dedication. Given that we are providing options to individuals that may not have had the option to buy elsewhere, educating customers on their options may be part of the job. CEGs are trained to help our customers get into the right vehicle at the right terms for them specifically, and this may vary from person to person! We hope this insight helps improve your outlook!
