Pros

Its laid back. You get to know the people you work with since there's very few employees. The schedule is very flexible. Its money.

Cons

It can be TOO laid back and very disorganized. Because there's not many people working there, it can get very difficult to get the exact schedule you want/ need, and forget about getting Fridays, weekends, and holidays off (especially New Years and Halloween). The scheduling can also get very unfair, its suppose to be by seniority but favoritism plays a big part too. A lot of blame is placed on managers if another employee does something wrong even if that manager wasn't in charge at the time or working that day. You rarely get off work on time.

Pros

Its good extra cash as a second job. The atmosphere is happy. Most everyone is friendly. I have never felt pressure or stress while working there. As a driver your independent most of the time and you barely see the boss. Most of the managment is very laid back, they way a pizza place should be. Its a great part time gig, if you work the right hours. As a driver who only does the rush, I can't spend enough time there to hate the place. I'm in and out and about 30 bucks richer

Cons

First, the uniforms are tacky and ridiculous. They have a way of making an attractive person look repulsive. You have to wear the hat, even as a female. When its cold, you can't wear a coat unless its a dominos coat, which you have to pay for out of your pocket. My guess is, if you could afford to just buy a coat, you wouldn't have applied at Dominos. Second, No one will ever be able to live comfortably with dominos as a one and only job, even as a manager or an assistant manager. I make more than dominos managers at the bottom of the totem pole at my other job. Dominos managers have a lot of work to do, for scrap pay. Third, The pay is crap. The only time the pay is descent is during rush as a driver. I can make up to 20 bucks an hour. But only for 3 hours. Then its back down to nothing. The hourly where I am is 5 dollars. The payroll system will automatically tax you on an additional 3 dollars that you don't actually get unless you make it in tips. Some parts of the day you wont get a delivery for more than an hour. However, during that time, you are expected to scrub pots and pans and clean everything from top to bottom, for LESS than minimum wage.

Pros

It's not a hard job, pay is good with tips. The hours can be very flexible. Almost everyone I worked with was extremely nice, including upper management. We also ate lots of food a lot of the time!

Cons

Delivering in poor weather conditions can be tough and stressful, other employees calling off work can screw you over. Sometimes the hours can be long, depending on how busy the dinner time rush is. Hours usually aren't set, you can leave when the rush dies down.
