Pros

Good money and the job wasn't too hard at all. Once you understand the the delivery area and the street names (takes a few months) things start to click and it just comes as second nature.

Cons

A lot of wear and tear on the you car as well as some late nights if you work those shifts.

Pros

All of my bosses seemed to do a good job of making me want to work for them. There was always something different to do.

Cons

Sometimes the bosses could get gossipy and become too close to their employees. Also, most people I met in the MIT program left something to be desired.

Not a bad job

Pros

Very good at accompanying schedule requests, fellow co-workers are generally friendly, the work isn't too demanding though you are expected to assist with in-store operations

Cons

The quality of the work experience really depends on the General Manager. For the most part the GMs are qualified and relate well to employees but drivers make more than assistant managers, and hence the assistant managers are generally very weak.
