Pros

Not a strict work schedule and it was easy to adapt to current schedule and also score long working hours for good tips.

Cons

Long working hours maybe go on till late hours into the night and also meant that we had to deal with drunk customers.

Pros

Delivering products for Domino's is usually fun and is also pretty decent money and you can do it part time rushes, part time lunches, or you can make it your primary income. If you want a set schedule, it's not too hard to get, but it's also very flexible if that's what you need. The hourly rate in-store is minimum wage and you make less on the road because it is a tipping industry, but provided you aren't being stiffed on every delivery you take, you more than make up for your $5/hour or whatever your rate may be at your store. Unfortunately, there will be times where you will be making less than half of minimum wage because people you deliver to don't tip for one reason or another. It can be a very high stress job, especially when it's busy and nobody on the inside of the store knows what is going on, but at the end of the day, you go home with money in your pocket.

Cons

High stress, especially if you are working with incompetent insiders or management (trust me, you don't need much to work at Domino's, having morons running the store is more common than people think). Usually good money, but there will be days you want to quit because you are making no money at all. Incompetent management.. this goes for in the store, as well as the supervisors who direct the GM, and the supervisor's superiors, too.

Pros

I've worked at Domino's for several years now. I've really enjoyed working with at least a few of my coworkers. Food is free as long as it is counted from the inventory and my immediate manager is always really nice.

Cons

I hate selling that food to people. Calling out sick is frowned upon. No benefits and while *some* advancement is possible, the job only get worse as you move up. Low pay, raises are pretty unheard of. Three people at my store recently got a quarter raise and all have been there for several years with no raise in between. Upper management is very demoralizing, they will regularly stop by the store to speak privately with half the people working.
