Pros

Great benefits, training and exposure to upper level management. Meaningful work assignments that result are used in strategic decision making.

Cons

Pay could be better, but other benefits make up for it. Upward mobility is accelerated if employees have hand on experience in operations and running a store.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Flexible schedules (depending on location) -- if you wanted to work a lot of hours, they'll let you; if you wanted to work three days a week, they'll let you. You could get time off for an event or a family vacation just as long as you let management know in advance. You get paid daily as a driver, you can keep tips and they pay mileage which you took home every day. They had restricted areas for bad neighborhoods, but at some locations where most of the area was bad, you still had to go. Easy to learn how to do task. The company does a lot things to make the delivery process easy.

Cons

Split wages for drivers -- $4/hr while on deliveries, min wage in store. The managers don't get paid enough (that's why some revert back to being drivers and you have drivers that stay drivers for years). Some of the people you deal with can be a pain. As a new hire you gotta watch for some people you work with. The list goes on.

Pros

Flexible hours and a reasonably priced fairly complete health insurance offering for management are really the two best reasons to work at Domino's Pizza.

Cons

Biggest revolving door of people I've ever seen. Never ending hiring of new personnel, large amounts of time and money spent training and they leave. Why? Primarily low wages. Company instituted "tip credit" for drivers in 2010 where they reduce driver pay below minimum wage while the driver is out of the store delivering an order, utilizing the driver's anticipated tip to hopefully get them back to minimum wage for their shift. Low wages for store management as well.
