Minimum Wage Upper management treats you like crap if you're a CSR or Driver but are very nice if you're in management Lots of employees standing around in back smoking and talking while one to two people get stuck with all the work Majority of employees are smokers so they're always out back smoking when they should be working Depending on who the Assistant Manager at the time is depends if you get to eat cancelled or no show orders, if it's someone who's a jerk they just throw it away instead of letting you eat it They're always switching managers between stores so you'll work with one assistant manager for a few months and then they'll transfer him/her to another store and you'll get somebody new Drivers stay employed there for a long time but CSR's are always changing Horrible at training employees Drivers think they run the store and think they don't have to help answer phone orders or help make pizzas CSR's are the ones who take the phone orders and make the pizzas as quickly as possible and the Drivers are the ones who get all the tips while we don't see a dime of it

Not paid enough for the stress you have to deal with.
