In my experience
- poor communication between franchise owner and employees.
- (to be expected) played favorites with employed family members over non family workers.
- if you were doing something 'incorrect', you would not find out until a write up was given, and no prior warning or attempt to be corrected would be given beforehand.
- accused employee of stealing, although he was innocent.
- manager wage never rose above $8/hr (unless you were family, of course).
- owner occasionally got caught with out of date product.
-being stiffed on tips hurts the drivers bad.
- the job is easy, but terribly boring and filled with petty drama of pleasing your sanity and the corporate overlords.
