Pros

Pros: Its fun to stretch and make pizzas, it can be a fun atmosphere and you will probably make your own food creation at one point. You also get Half off the whole menu with your employee discount.

Cons

Cons: Getting enough people on a shift and then getting the right about of experienced Vs. New hires on a shift so that you don't sink is difficult. You don't always leave at the time you are scheduled to be off. If there is a rush of orders you will have to stay. You also have to do a chore of some sort before you can leave for the day. You will also leave each day feeling like you're covered in grease and you will have pizza ingredients all over your hands. If you call out you have to message other Co-workers to try and cover your shift. If someone calls out while you're working and no one wants to cover you'll just be short staffed. Rushes are hard. Especially if you don't have a good team or the right people. It just feels like the orders never stop coming and you don't get a break.

Pros

Flexibility in scheduling as long as you are firm about your availability. Co-workers are usually decent. There are decent growth opportunities but climbing the ladder comes with the risk of getting fired if you can't meet their standards.

Cons

Standard corporate company that plays games with people's livelihoods. I've seen this franchise chew up and spit out so many managers - do yourself a favor and don't try and move up. The demands they place on managers are high and if you don't live up, they fire you. And before they do they will "randomly" drug test you in the hopes of avoiding paying unemployment. They offer a safe driver bonus program but not all drivers are aware of it and there is no transparency on how close you are to your next milestone. Every new manager wants to rearrange the store and change how things are done. Turnover is high and wages are lousy. Drivers should track their tips because there are frequent discrepancies and you can lose out on tips you are entitled to. No stipend for car maintenance and mileage reimbursement is way below standard set by IRS.

Pros

if you like doing the bare minimum or like to hide under the radar just to get your salary by the end of the month, this is the perfect place for you.

Cons

The worst management ever, everyone is micromanaged, no trust from the organization. 8 engineers left from 20 in the last 8 months and no one is batting an eye. lots of egos to deal with yet none with actual competence. lots of red tape on any type of improvement. higher management doesn't care what is going on as long as the e-commerce lights are on. it is not an IT company yet rely 99% on IT I would not recommend it at all to work there I promise you that will not enjoy it if you are a decent engineer. also forgot to mention horrible compensation compared to any other company and the sad part is they think they have great benefits.
