      Cons: ⏱️ Workload can be intense at times — especially depending on the client or the phase of the project. 💼 Internal processes : a lot of improvements have been made recently but some admin tasks could be better streamlined.

      Pros

      Good company for beginners in the field.

      Cons

      Salaries are too small, there is no actual increase because the "increase" only covers the inflation. There are not many projects for all departments so you can be in an idle state for too long. No pay raises based on meritocracy.
