Pros

Clear Career Paths: There is a well-defined career structure for billable employees (Consultants), and the company is actively working on structuring careers for internal/support teams. High-performing professionals have genuine opportunities to grow. Flexible Work Model: Consultants enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid model (working from home when project requirements allow). For structural teams, the expectation is quite balanced, usually requiring 1-2 days in the office per week. Focus on Development: Strong investment in upskilling, including free access to Udemy Business and company-sponsored certifications. Great Office Perks & Culture: The office environment is welcoming, with free fruit and coffee available. The company culture is boosted by monthly team-building events featuring food, drinks, and music. Flat Hierarchy & Proximity: Relationships feel very horizontal. Leadership and management are approachable, making it easy to connect with colleagues at higher hierarchical levels. Transparent Communication: Leadership consistently shares the company's vision and provides updates on business directions. Solid Onboarding: The onboarding process for new joiners is well-structured and welcoming.

Cons

Complex Salary Structures: A significant percentage of the compensation package for many employees still relies on flexible benefits (allowances, capitalization insurance) rather than a solid base salary. Literal Green Bananas: While having free fruit in the office is a nice perk, the bananas are consistently way too green to eat! Lisbon-Centric Events: Major gatherings, such as the annual kick-off, are strictly held in Lisbon. While good for the budget, this harms geographic inclusion. This could be easily solved if the company offered accommodation for employees traveling from other regions. "Time & Materials" Mindset: Occasionally, there is still a heavy focus on immediate project needs over the consultants' long-term development, leaving people's core skill growth in the background.

Pros

The best part about working here is undoubtedly the people. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. There’s a genuine sense of collaboration rather than competition and it’s clear that leadership prioritizes hiring not just for skill, but for "culture add."

Cons

Things move fast, which can occasionally lead to shifting priorities
