      Good atmosphere and culture that encourages learning and development Plenty of opportunities to innovate and grow if you are motivated Opportunity to be involved in the company's culture and day to day life, not being a consulting company only working for the client

      The large panel of projects may be overwhelming if you are interested in actively participating in the entrenpeneurship mindset The market is still behind in mindset and solutions which can create some challenges
