      The team are incredible and work extremely hard

      Cons

      1. Since 2023 things have drastically declined 2. Lack sales pipeline which means a lot of people on the bench 3. Expected to find your own work / business 4. Penalised for lack of project / being on the bench 5. Utilisation is king; which is out of your hands for most part 6. A lot of redundancies, so anyone is up for the chop 7. Looking for a new role as it’s so unstable and the atmosphere now is bleak

      The payment is fair, ok-ish but low compared to other companies certifications need to be paid and reimbursed later, but they pay

      Cons

      do not pay certifications upfront not always fulfill their promisses so have everything written projects are unstable since they have no real unique value

      Great people, fantastic environment and collaboration amongst teams

      Despite making so much money for them, their Comp plan has ridiculous caveats which prevent people from making money.
