      A very good job for lazy people who want to keep the same position for 3 to 4 years maximum

      Cons

      I am talking about DVS Morocco. Very bad management. The Business unit manger is not professional at all and very very passive person.

      Pros

      If you get a first experience in Consulting there you will be able to find a better place anywhere you will go afterwards !

      Cons

      The only projects they have are the ones other consulting companies rejected. They don't care about customers expectations and feedbacks. They have a very complex evaluation process which at the end of the day is nothing but a subjectif evaluation of competences. They are blacklisted in big telecom and media companies but they urge you to raise business!
