Pros
The package they offer you is good and maybe even slightly better than the competitors but this may be due to the problem that they have trouble recruiting and trouble retaining the staff which they manage to recruit.
Cons
They constantly tell you that they are not a body shop however never has the term ‘body shop’ been more applicable. When you are at a customer you are referred a ‘revenue stream’ and when you are on the bench you are referred to as a ‘profile’. The idea that you are a person is a foreign concept. The company is run by a bunch of bigoted old men so if you are not white, male, Flemish and over 50 you can forget about fitting in. After being a successful revenue stream for over 4 years I was forced out after having a baby. The company is incredibly badly run for example every company system is access via a different URL with a different user name and password. There is no training plan any training you do will be based on whatever the latest buzz word is with no thought and consideration to your future career plan
