      Devoteam offre un terrain d’expression pour les profils curieux, autonomes et impliqués. L’exposition à des projets stratégiques est réelle, avec la possibilité de contribuer à des offres, des accélérateurs ou des initiatives internes à fort rayonnement. L’esprit entrepreneurial est réellement valorisé : il y a de la place pour ceux qui veulent porter des idées !

      Cons

      La politique salariale peut sembler en décalage avec les niveaux d’engagement attendus et les ambitions affichées. L’entreprise évolue vite, avec des changements organisationnels et des enjeux de transformation importants. L’environnement exige une grande capacité d’adaptation et beaucoup d’autonomie.

      Collaborative and supportive team environment with approachable leadership. Excellent work-life balance and flexible work arrangements. Very good recruitment and onboarding process.

      Extremely friendly and open people who, in that way, define company's culture. Knowledge place - many experts from various fields, learning environment with everything you need (regardless of the seniority). Global company - working with people around the world, wide range of opportunities. Flexible working and open to discuss any personal need.

      Cons

      Salary is not as compatible as some other companies around, but it also depends on your expertise and capability to build your own profile.
