      The flexibility of the organisation as a whole and the autonomy that we are given locally means that while we have a corporate strategy that we are all striving for, we are also able to build our business plans with local economy factors and competitive landscape in mind. The Senior Management Team are fully accessible at all times and are active in supporting the local teams in making our customers successful. A great variety of areas to be able work in and the Employee Value Proposition is an excellent initiative demonstrating investment in its staff

      Very flat org structure, Everyone is very friendly and open to talk to, You are given enough rope to hang yourself, i.e. the job is what you make of it. If you are proactive and passionate you can go in any direction and aim as high as you like, knowing that you are supported by the team around you. Work life balance is very good, working from home when needed. Company is growing very fast, so plenty of opportunities,
