Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: the company is still capable of offering a diversity of projects that allow a fully remote or at least a hybrid work arrangement. Supportive and Employee-Centric Culture: In my experience across multiple projects, I've consistently felt integrated into the team, and my contributions have really made a difference. A clear testament to the company's commitment to its employees is how they support individuals during project downtime; I've witnessed colleagues being fully supported for extended periods (up to a year) while actively seeking new projects, ensuring their stability and successful integration. Vibrant Internal Community & Engagement: The company actively promotes a vibrant internal community by officially supporting employee-led initiatives. For example, they fully endorse the board gaming community, providing office space, catering, and even games for monthly events. This fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and shared interests beyond our daily work.
Cons
My biggest area of concern has been the lack of alignment between professional growth and compensation increases. While I've consistently delivered strong performance, gained significant trust, and taken on more responsibilities, salary reviews have not resulted in adjustments that reflect this increased value or meet reasonable expectations.
