Devoteam is a very human company! I like the culture (very open and human focused), the recruitment & on-boarding process is very personal and detailed, the people working there are really nice. They all do their very best to make you feel part of the company and I think that is important.
You also get to follow an interesting training track for soft skills development and they also encourage you to do many technical trainings, get certifications etc. I was offered a unique training program spread over 3 years to make me evolve more quickly. I can also say that the salary package at Devoteam is good as they also offer a wide range of benefits. Moreover, you can choose and order your own car, phone and laptop. I got offers from the competitors as well and compared them with Devoteam. At first it looks like the competitors give a more attractive salary, but in the end when I checked the details, I have a net salary that is higher and more interesting with Devoteam. My direct manager is really nice & does a close and personal follow-up with me. I get a lot of freedom, they trust you and give you ownership here. The office as well is quite nice. They recently did some renovation works and I believe they will make more changes in the future.
I can definitely recommend this company!
