Pros
Good work culture and focus on employees locally. Benefits are good and competitive. Quite flexible place to work but of course this also depends on the customer assignment.
Cons
Devoteam SA is in reality a portfolio of acquired companies working in their own silos. There is little or no collaboration across country borders. There is little focus from HQ in Paris on creating one common global Devoteam mindset. Instead each company creates their own identity and WoW.
