      Pros

      I have been in Devoteam for almost a month and I am so excited for this journey which was great so far, starting from the hiring process and the great, enthusiastic, down to earth, supportive, professional HR employees to the company values, spreaded culture and last but not least the team members professionalism and support. I am honored to be a part of Devoteam family.

      Cons

      I can't find a downside to be mentioned so far and hopefully ever.

      Pros

      Everyone is nice. Manager is caring. Work-life balance is great. Salary is above expected even with added cost help.

      Cons

      Communication between client and company is slow. Any action takes a few months to take effect, at least.
