• Management can be very difficult to deal with sometimes, not to mention reach. • There’s a decent amount of Saudization, which unfortunately translates to being put on sub-par projects and positions. • Expect to fight to be placed in a position where you can learn or grow your career.
Cons
If you could persevere through all the aforementioned, it is both a decent opportunity, as well as a learning experience.
