      Some smart and nice people, but cliquish, insecure management issues

      Pros

      - Some of the people are smart and hard working, and friendly - A lot of the good reviews seem to be from EU countries, which swallow up the bad UK reviews.

      Cons

      - Very cliquey, group of middle managers who think themselves beyond their abilities (a couple are genuinely great), and look down on other members of staff, strange dynamic - Fair amount of micro management, frequent restructuring, with a worryingly high turnover of staff, people just disappearing without goodbyes - A bit like joining a club where the members are cliquey and insecure but they need you for the numbers and to do the work

      - Favourtism & clique like culture - A lot of middle management and constant structure changes - Not encouraged or made to feel stupid for pushing back on decisions / ask questions etc.
