      1. Technical training but you need to put your personal time (Weekends) or out of working hours to complete it. 2. Easy hire then super fast fire once short project is over.

      Cons

      1. Projects are just weeks to months, so hire an fire approach. Toxic work environment 2. Every minute needs to capture in the timesheet and fully micro management environment. 3. You need to start productive right from the 1st day of joining without knowledge transfer or any information what do it. 4. They expect everything to perform without any any requirements or information.
