      Life is better with friends, and Devoteam

      Pros

      It was a relief for me to work in this environment. I could easily ground myself within the organization. For me as a trainee, I couldn't find a better learning/working place. I am also happy to be surrounded by people from whom I can learn a lot. I also made many friends thanks to all the events that Devoteam is constantly organizing.

      Cons

      Maybe the salary? But if you had the choice, what would you choose? 1. Work as a freelance in an toxic environment and earn 'a lot of money' (what is a lot?) where all the recruiters are bragging about; or 2. Work in an environment where it feels like home and everything is arranged just perfectly. And being surrounded by friends and teachers who appreciate you. Without doubt: option 2, Devoteam.

      A great company to grow and get experience!

      Pros

      I started out with little to no experience in the DevOps field. However, after joining Devoteam I learned a lot within a short period of time. They provided me with everything to get started and improve/ learn new skills. Not forgetting to mention the amazing and fun environment in the office and at events!

      Cons

      The system for filling in hours and work-related receipt etc.. are a bit outdated and hard to figure out.
