      Not a good experience to be honest.

      Pros

      A company that gives you the opportunity to gain experience only if you are hired within a client. Otherwise, you will find yourself obliged to have an interview with the clients even if it does not match with your skills and experience.

      Cons

      Lack of Job Security: Being layed off after just three months can be demotivating and may raise concerns about job security and stability, which are important factors for most employees. Limited Support from managers. Unclear communication regarding your status during the intercontract period. Losing a job after a short period can have financial implications, including potential difficulties in finding a new job quickly.
