Being such a large company, it is difficult to be involved and up to date with all the initiatives that are being carried out.

Some very knowledgable consultants both on tech and business side

Cons

Very bad structure where everyone joins as a senior technical consultant when some are working at the level of a normal TC. Same with leads, there are some with no technical and only know business process
