      - Had the opportunity to work with a pleasant client using great technologies and in a positive environment. - Having a Job

      Cons

      - Low Salary - During my three-year tenure at Devoteam, I reported to four different managers. During salary reviews, there seems to be a lack of understanding regarding our client-side activities. - Despite receiving excellent evaluations from clients, there always appears to be a reason to avoid increasing my salary. - It seems necessary to complete numerous certifications outside of working hours to achieve a salary increase.

      great company to be in, nice environment would it be with management or with colleagues, nice company cars and ok benefits,

      recently benelux changed management and a shift of mood is in progress, more pressure on the time billed on client, also sometime people are overbooked on different clients
