      Pros

      At Devoteam, I feel like I’m truly part of something. It’s a big company, but still fast, agile, and open to new ideas. Beyond client projects, there are tons of opportunities to work on innovation, R&D, and social initiatives like “Give & Share.” Extra activities also make it easy to connect with others. I’m proud to say: I am Devoteam — and yes, I’m a real employee sharing my real journey, not a bot!

      Cons

      One idea for improvement could be to support employees with electric bike purchases, dedicate an annual day to environmental initiatives, and bring more GenAI tools into daily operations.
